Ages 7+. Build strength, flexibility, and control through acrobatic dance technique.
Where dance meets acrobatics
Acro combines classic dance technique with controlled acrobatic skills like balances, limbers, and rolls. Dancers build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a safe, progressive environment guided by trained instructors.

Attire
Acro dress code
- Solid dark colored leotard or unitard
- Absolutely NO jewelry (stud earrings are acceptable)
- No shoes
- If wearing tights, they must be footless/convertible
- Hair pulled back in a ponytail or secured in a bun
